For many years, we are appointed as legal expert in all kind of cases for valuations of damage by many tribunals and courts all over the country.

We are member of ABEX and comply with the technical and deontological requirements set forth by this professional organization.
 
We have been appointed by tribunals and courts for the following sort of cases:
 
- Valuation of companies or businesses;
- Valuation of assets;
- Valuation of damage caused by breach of contract (e.g. in case of agency and distribution contracts);
- Delays with the provisional delivery of buildings, machinery or installations;
- Damage caused by business interruptions, delays, unavailability of equipment, premises, supply of goods;
- Costs caused by a product recall action;
- Settlements between parties during or at the end of professional cooperations (Agency, franchising, distributors, etc.).
